The event organiser will be able to answer any questions you have about their event or your entry. You can find their email address on the event information page or on your entry details. If you have received an email confirming your entry, replying to the email will reach the event organiser.
In most cases these questions can be answered by the event organiser but please do contact us if you need to. Send an email to admin@racesignup.co.uk. Don't forget to let us know the name and date of the event you have entered.
Yes. Click on My account in the menu above. That will display details of the profiles that you have created. Click on the pencil icon next to your name. Edit your email address and save. Please note that if the new email address that you give has a Racesignup login you will not be able to save the change.
When you complete an entry form on behalf of someone else, the system creates a profile for them in your Racesignup account. This makes it easier for you when you come to enter that person in another event.

If you no longer want to have this profile in your account you can delete it. Go to Your Account and log in. You will see a list of the profiles you have saved. Tap on the pencil icon next to the name you want to remove. The edit profile page is displayed. Tap on the Delete button and confirm.
